Wendy Francis

Hi, I'm Wendy Francis

Cognitive Health Coach & Functional Nutritionist

My career journey started with a degree in accounting, but after college, I quickly realized that my real strengths lay in working with people. That led me to Cornell University, where I earned a Certification in Human Resources Management from the Industrial Labor Relations School.

A Natural Progression Toward Purpose

For over a decade, I thrived in the corporate world, specializing in training and employee development. After leaving to start my own successful business, I found myself business coaching other entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. It was during this time that I realized a powerful truth — whether it’s employee training or small business coaching, it all starts with the mind. This understanding ignited a deeper passion for studying how the brain drives behavior, performance, and resilience. That curiosity led me to courses in psychology, cognitive behavioral change, and motivational therapy, ultimately guiding me to pursue my certification as a health coach with a specialization in neuroscience and cognitive behavior

Today, as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Nutritionist, I guide individuals in rewiring their thoughts, breaking through old patterns, and unlocking their full potential. The functional nutrition aspect of my work is crucial, as I’ve come to realize just how profoundly our food choices impact our cognitive health. When the body is nourished and balanced, the mind becomes clearer, more focused, and more resilient.

My approach is rooted in techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Change and Motivational Behavioral Change, all grounded in the science of neuroplasticity. I believe that when you retrain your brain, you can not only break free from limiting beliefs but also sharpen your mind, take control of your future, and thrive in every area of your life.

Whether you’re looking to improve your golf game, break a habit, or simply perform at your highest level, my coaching helps you develop the mental clarity and resilience needed to thrive.

In My Spare Time...

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mom of two and a grandmother of two, finding joy in family and the little moments. I also dedicate time to mentoring young mothers through a faith-based ministry, offering guidance, encouragement, and nutritional support. Giving back is a core part of who I am, whether it’s through volunteering in my community (Eight Days of Hope, Moms Mentoring Moms, & Embrace Grace), serving those in need, or sharing my passion for fitness and golf as a way to stay active and mentally sharp.
