My approach blends my nursing background, advanced nutrition training, women’s fitness expertise, and functional health principles to help you connect the dots between what you feel and the systems driving those symptoms — digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, metabolism, and inflammation. No extremes. No guessing. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just grounded, evidence-informed guidance that explains why your body feels the way it does and what actually helps.
Inside my group programs and membership, we focus on the foundations that create real change: how you nourish your body, how you digest, how you sleep, how you move, and how your nervous system recovers. And when deeper clarity is needed, you can access optional functional lab testing with a private interpretation session to personalize your next steps.
