Refund Policy

At White Birch Wellness, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our coaching programs, services, and products. However, we understand that individual needs may vary, and we are committed to working with you to find the best solutions for your wellness journey.

If you purchase a coaching program and determine it is not the right fit for you, we offer the following options:

Prorated Credit:

A prorated amount, based on the remaining unused sessions or time in your program, may be credited toward:

  • Any other coaching program
  • Additional services we offer
  • Supplement purchases from our dispensary

Request Process:

  • To request a prorated credit, you must notify us in writing at info@whitebirchwellness.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include details as to the reason you request a credit.
  • We will review your request and calculate the applicable prorated credit based on the portion of the program that has been used.

Important Notes

  • Credits are nonrefundable but can be applied toward eligible programs, services, or products within six (6) months of issuance.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
